Managing construction projects is a complex and hectic task where seemingly small mistakes can have large consequences. Many construction management tools are available in the market, but most of them are complex and costly—not feasible for tech novices.BuildScan app offers the solution by simplifying construction project management through a set of intuitive and easy-to-use features. Though it offers a comprehensive feature set, it is still accessible to non-technical people with limited technical skills.

Challenges & Roadblocks
Construction project management can be complex, and developing an app that addresses all major concerns in a typical construction project while keeping it accessible to non-technical people was challenging. I closely coordinated with technical persons and continuously improved the UI/UX of the app to make it more accessible to the users.
