Realizing this, my client wanted to offer an all-encompassing digital lifestyle experience via Android and iOS apps. To create this super-app, we had detailed discussions from both marketing and technical points of view and decided on the features and technologies best suited for the dBazzar app.

About the client

dBazzar is a joint venture between S Pay Global and SAINS, both owned by the Sarawak Government. The two organizations joined hands to provide a true digital lifestyle experience via an Android and iOS app.

The challenge & The Solution

My client envisioned the solution as the dBazzar super-app that integrates many features in one app so that users can do more without switching apps. In addition to the convenience of doing things online, dBazzar offers eBusiness directory, eLogistics, eLoyalty, and eRewards for a digital lifestyle experience—all in one super-app.As people spend more time online, they want to do more online. They want to shop, order food, make payments, and accomplish many other things in their online world.

Challenges & Roadblocks

Developing the dBazzar app required an advanced backend integrating a myriad of functions including e-commerce, real-time location services, secure payment processing, and more. I met these challenges with a precise balance between feature depth, performance, and cross-platform compatibility in mind to deliver a successful digital lifestyle app.
