The challenge & The Solution
The real estate market is saturated with generic platforms that lack local insights, personalized agent connections, and fast mobile-first and web-friendly solutions. Buyers often struggle to find relevant listings, while agents lack the tools needed to manage leads and communications efficiently. The client needed a real-time, dual-platform solution that works seamlessly across mobile devices and browsers. I developed a responsive web app alongside the mobile app to ensure maximum reach and convenience. The platforms connect users with verified real estate professionals, provide accurate and updated property listings, and enable real-time communication between all parties involved in the transaction.

Challenges & Roadblocks
A major hurdle was the integration of live MLS data and ensuring its compatibility with advanced filters and personalized search preferences. Managing large-scale data while delivering a smooth cross-platform experience was technically demanding. I implemented scalable backend systems and optimized front-end performance to meet these demands.
