Fhemta – Connect, Trade & Grow PWA for Job Posting, Product Sales, and Service Listings

The client set out to build an all-in-one digital platform where users can sell products, offer services, and find or post jobs—similar in functionality to LinkedIn, but with a broader use case. I developed Fhemta as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to ensure high performance, offline capability, and a mobile-app-like experience—all accessible directly via browsers.

Fhemta is a growing startup aiming to streamline digital trade and career opportunities through a unified platform. Their goal is to empower individuals—freelancers, service providers, sellers, and job seekers—with one seamless space to promote their work and connect with opportunity.
The challenge & The Solution
The biggest challenge was to merge three major functionalities—job listings, service offerings, and product sales—into a single, easy-to-navigate platform. Since the platform needed to be fast, installable like an app, and work smoothly across devices, PWA was the ideal solution.I developed Fhemta as a PWA using modern front-end technologies. The app offers responsive layouts, installability, and offline capabilities. It allows users to browse content smoothly, even on low connectivity, mimicking native app behavior.

Challenges & Roadblocks
Implementing three distinct content types in one clean interface—without cluttering user experience—was a design and development challenge. Additionally, ensuring the PWA remained performant and installable across all major browsers (especially mobile) required special configuration of caching, service workers, and manifests.
The Result
Fhemta is evolving into a full-featured, installable web platform that delivers the speed and feel of a native app without requiring downloads from app stores. Early users appreciate its sleek UI, functionality, and how it brings job seekers, sellers, and service providers into one digital space.
